This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for packages bought on this website.
Paying for a package
Prices on the website include VAT. You can pay in full by card, mada or Apple Pay, or split the payment into instalments with Tabby or Tamara. Instalment plans are agreements between you and the instalment provider, under their own terms.
Before work starts
If you cancel within 7 days of payment and before we have started work on your brief, we refund the full amount.
After work starts
Once the kick-off meeting has taken place or the first deliverables have been shared, the package is non-refundable. If something isn’t right, tell us: we will work with you on revisions within the scope of the package.
Monthly packages
Monthly packages are bought one month at a time and do not renew automatically. You can stop at any time by simply not buying the next month.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. For Tabby or Tamara purchases, the provider updates or cancels your instalment plan. Banks can take 5–14 working days to show the refund.
